Who we are

St. Mark’s is an Evangelical Anglican community conveniently located in a Heritage-listed building on Point Nepean Road in the center of Dromana across the road from the beach and adjacent to the Dromana Hub shopping center (IGA).
We are proud to be part of our local community and participate in the Mornington Peninsula Shire’s Australia Day celebrations and in the Anzac Day ceremony. We also put on an annual Family Fun day.

Our Core Values

Our Vision:

Is to be transformed by Jesus into a Christ centred community that demonstrates and shares the hope we have with those around us.

God:

We believe in God as revealed to us in the scriptures as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We desire to worship God with the whole of our lives.

Bible:

We accept the Bible as the authoritative word of God and look to it to shape and mould our lives.

Prayer:

We believe in the importance of personal and corporate prayer. We believe that God hears and answers prayer and will grow us in godliness as we pray.

Community:

We are committed to building the community of Christ’s church, which we love, and sharing our lives with each other.

Empowering:

We believe in the Holy Spirit and His ability to transform and empower us for the building of His Church.

Evangelism:

We are committed to evangelism. We want to love and care for all people and long for them to become disciples of Christ, as we proclaim the gospel in word and action.

Serving:

We are committed to serving one another and the world that God has made. We will work to bring justice through God’s transforming power as we build His Kingdom.
